Melissa Fertitta has been Rodos Realty Advisors’ Director of Operations since 2021, after a pandemic pivot brought her hotelier husband, Rich Lamperti, to Miramar Beach, FL.
Leaning on her experience in corporate human resources, she brings to RRA the skills necessary to support both the organization’s and individual agents’ success. Prior to joining RRA she worked in corporate organizational development roles for a number of luxury hotel groups and, in 2018, opened GZ&P Consulting LLC. In her own practice she has worked as a consultant and fractional human resources business partner for small businesses, family enterprises and start-ups, focusing on values-based leadership and organizational design.
Melissa holds a Bachelor of Art from Loyola University New Orleans. She is a Florida licensed sales associate in RRA’s commercial division, with a specialized focus on hospitality and service-based commercial projects.
The daughter of a restaurateur and chef, she’s a self-proclaimed foodie who enjoys cooking, reading, traveling and yoga.
