Have yourself a blast at Willy Willy’s. You will need at least a whole day to do everything that is here to do. There is Bumper Wars Bumper Boats, Urban Assault Laser Tag, T-Rex Island Adventure Golf, Hatchling Haven Kiddie Golf, The Tree Top Challenge, The 4D Movie Experience, Ptero Jump, and lots of food along the way. This is an adventure you do not want to miss.
Indian Temple Mound Museum
This historic museum pays homage to the 12,000 years of Native American occupation before European settlers came to the Florida Panhandle. Most of the artifacts found here are from about 1000 years ago, and there are also prehistoric exhibits to see too. Here, you will find beautiful collections of prehistoric ceramics and artifacts of shell, clay, bone, and stone. They all have a story to tell. This is one of Fort Walton Beach’s most popular destinations.
Goofy Golf
For a trip back in time, why not head out to James W. “Jimmy” Hayes’ Goofy Golf. It has been here since 1958 and you will love playing a fine game of golf while having a blast of a good time. There are two 17-hole courses, and both share the 18th hole, which is called “The Snake’s Mouth.” Be sure not to miss the T-Rex Hammy, who fell down in pieces years ago, only to be repaired in time for you to make Goofy Golf a fun memory.

If you simply must shop while on vacation, be sure not to miss Uptown Station, Fort Walton Beach’s premier shopping mall. Here you will find over 60 national and specialty stores with lots of dining choices thrown in. Air Force Armament Museum
The Air Force Armament Museum presents a history of guns, missiles, rockets, bombs, and aircraft, all of which were used by the Air Force in WWII, and in the Korean, Vietnam, and Gulf Wars. Inside you will see vintage aircraft, a large collection of weaponry, as well as interactive cockpit simulators. Outside, take a look at the fastest plane ever built – the SR-71 Blackbird.
