Beth Rutter believes that while change is inevitable, growth is optional. She earned her B.A. degree in Sociology at the University of Calgary and is a 25 + year collision repair industry professional specializing in building high performance teams in challenging business environments. She has managed several collision repair facility locations for a Caliber Collision, managed independently owned businesses, as well as worked as the Director of Business Development for Assured Performance certifying collision facilities for large North American manufacturers. She has consulted to the collision industry since 2002.
Until it’s reorganization to focus on the EU market as a result of covid, she was the Global Director Industry and Customer Engagement for Australia based Tradiebot Industries, a cutting-edge immersive technology company that provides Augmented and Virtual Reality solutions to global issues. She has built mentorship/apprenticeship programs for the automotive and auto collision repair industries that support entry level technicians in the workforce while they earn their degrees at college.
She is also a keynote speaker and has served on the Collision Industry Conference Talent Pool and Education Committee as well as the Women’s Industry Network Scholarship Committee and Industry Relations Committee.
Beth’s sales and leadership experience coupled with her technical expertise allowed for the perfect opportunity to help the collision industry with their commercial real estate needs. She has been a real estate professional since 2017 and joined Rodos Realty Advisors in 2022. She works primarily with industrial focused businesses to achieve their growth goals.
