Ned M. Franco
Dr. Ned M. Franco is a native Atlantan and was a renowned physician practicing medicine in Atlanta, Georgia for 54 years. In addition to founding one of the oldest and most respected medical practices in Atlanta, Ned oversees the investments of the Franco family office. Through his vast life experience and success, Ned provides invaluable guidance in the strategy and execution of all facets of Rodos Realty Partners. Ned has been an active investor and principal owner in numerous real estate properties for 50 years. The Franco family office portfolio includes numerous residential and commercial properties including land holdings, shopping centers, office buildings, high-rise urban and beach front condominiums, and single family residential dwellings. Ned’s forte lies in his discipline approach to evaluating business opportunities coinciding with his savvy business acumen of driving revenue while streamlining operational expenses. Ned formed Rodos Realty Partners with his son, Steven Franco, in December 2012 to actively pursue the acquisition of well-located, value add commercial properties in Atlanta and across the southeastern United States. Ned is a graduate of the University of Georgia (1959), Medical College of Georgia School of Medicine (1964), Internship Hospital at Grady Memorial Hospital (1965), and Residency Hospital at Emory University Hospital (1969). Ned served honorably in the United States Air Force from 1969 – 1971 and then opened a private practice in 1971 as one of the first Urologist in what is now the infamous “pill hill” medical area of Atlanta. Over the years, Ned served as Chief of Urology at both Northside Hospital and Emory St. Joseph Hospital. Ned has been married to his lovely wife Janis for over 56 years. He is the proud father and grandfather of 2 sons, Ryan and Steven, and 4 grandchildren, Bebe, Edie, Sam, and Jonah. Ned and his family have been active members of Temple Sinai in Atlanta for 40 years.

Mr. Steven Franco is a native Atlantan and real estate professional that has been an active dealmaker in commercial real estate across the southeastern United States for approximately 25 years. Over his career, Mr. Franco has managed the acquisition, development, redevelopment, leasing and management of commercial properties totaling over $1 billion in asset value and has completed approximately $350 million in deal transactions in the process. Steven is an expert in devising and implementing creative business strategies to maximize property values. In 2018 Steven launched Beachworx, the first state-of-the-art coworking facility in Destin, Florida and is now innovatively changing the way business is conducted along the Florida panhandle. Steven has been a key player in many major real estate developments and redevelopments in Atlanta and across the southeast United States. Prior to forming Rodos Realty Partners in December 2012, he acquired 6 opportunistic shopping center properties as a principal with Southern Commercial Developers from December 2011 – November 2012, was a principal and managing member of Franco DeFoor Properties from 2003-2011 and a valuable executive at other real estate organizations: 1997-2006, including New Plan Excel Realty Trust, Equity Investment Group, Dewberry Capital Corporation and Grubb & Ellis Company. His experience as a real estate entrepreneur, work in an institutional public and private REIT, high profile development firm, and national brokerage company has given Steven a unique perspective of all facets of the real estate business. Steven began his career in 1994 as the founder and principal owner of Global Sports Services, Inc. (GSS), a sports Marketing/real estate firm established for the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games. Clients included sponsors, athletic organizations and Fortune 500 companies. GSS brokered strategically located properties near Olympic Venues for the purpose of merchandising goods and services and also secured large room blocks for VIP and staff lodging during the Olympic Games. Steven is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin (1994) and has actively held a Georgia Real Estate License since 1995 and obtained his Florida Real Estate Broker’s License in 2019. He is a member of prominent professional and civic organizations including International Council of Shopping Centers, Temple Sinai in Atlanta, Georgia, as well as multiple Chambers of Commerce and foundations supporting the Arts, Military, Special Needs, Youth Enrichment Programs, etc. Most important, Steven is the very proud father of two thriving young women, daughters Bebe and Edie Franco.
Ms. Lea Maraman (Lea pronounced Leah), is originally from Indianapolis Indiana but relocated to the Panhandle region in 1998. Ms. Maraman has a background as a small business owner in both hospitality and the commercial cleaning industry. She brings a diverse background of vacation rental expertise, business ownership, commercial cleaning, and most recent residential and commercial real estate to the table. In addition, her commercial business held a team of 50 employees to manage and maintain over 90 vacation rental units. Ms. Maraman has also held government contracts providing oversight and leadership for post-construction clean-ups on military installations, as well as for builders and commercial businesses. Ms. Maraman has been a leader in her industry and has worked throughout her career to spearhead new opportunities and develop relationships. Her experience across the spectrum makes her an asset to the vision and mission of Rodos Realty. Ms. Maraman was awarded her Florida real estate license in 2017 and has experience working with residential real estate firms prior to joining the Rodos Realty Team. She is excited to be back on the commercial side where her passion really lies.
Greg has operated numerous companies and participated in multiple partnerships. His experience includes developing, acquiring and disposing of income producing residential and commercial investment property. When it comes to working with business owners on either lease or purchase/sale, Greg’s focus has always been to maximize the business’s bottom line with that particular transaction. Greg has served Clients, and Partners on acquisition or sale of retail, office, and industrial buildings. On the development side, Greg’s work has resulted in multiple site acquisitions to build 120 key hotels for a major Hotel REIT. Also a 66-story downtown Austin high rise tower which will be a combination of multi-family and office. Greg is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate. He has completed advanced coursework in financial and market analysis, and demonstrated extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. Greg is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, and also Duquesne University with a Masters in Business Administration More importantly than any of the above, he is here to serve the client as that is what he excels in!

Mindy is a true local to the area, being born and raisedon the Emerald Coast. She graduated from University of West Florida in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Social Work. After college, Mindy spent several years doing social work for Sacred Heart Hospital, and then worked as the Business Development Officer for Children’s Home Society where she developed numeroussocial work programs for CHSand also helped develop the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act for the Santa Rosa County School District. In 2015, Mindy decided to pursue her passion in real estate and has been doing so eversince. She represents buyers and sellers from Pensacola to Panama City and, when she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with family, boating, traveling, philanthropy, and being involved in the community.
